One-to-one consultation and lessons

This service includes an introductory consultation, pantry and fridge clean-out, an introduction to new ingredients, assisted shopping, cookery lessons, a tailor-made plan to systematically change any detrimental food habits, and ongoing support. You would benefit from this service if you or your loved ones are currently in a phase of life when following a healthy diet is of particular importance:

  • babies, toddlers and growing teenagers
  • pregnant women, and those trying to conceive
  • lactating mothers
  • people with digestive issues such as IBS, constipation and acid reflux
  • those with demanding jobs and / or sedentary lifestyles due to their work environment
  • people suffering from mental illnesses such as depression or ADHD
  • people with inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, ulcerative colitis and gluten-intolerance
  • people with auto-immune diseases and issues such as celiac disease, autism or allergies
  • people suffering from lifestyle-related diseases such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes and respiratory diseases like asthma

This service, however, is also for those who have wanted to make a positive change in their lives, but have felt too overwhelmed by the mountain of information to even make a start. It is for people who have always lived healthily, but have lost their way… and their initial enthusiasm. It is also a service for those people who believe that prevention is better than cure. And if the responsibility for feeding your family lies with a housekeeper or nanny, allowing her to gain a deeper understanding of the healing power of food, is an investment you will not regret.
